Delete your data

Escape: 20 Chambers  ·  com.ahmadessam.escapechambers
Effective 13 August 2026
There is no account to delete. Everything the game itself stores about you — your chamber progress and your hint wallet — lives only on your phone, so uninstalling the app erases all of it immediately and permanently.

1. Delete the game’s own data

Either of these erases it completely:

Either one resets your escaped chambers and your hint wallet. This cannot be undone. Purchases you have paid for are not lost — reinstall and tap Restore purchases in the shop.

2. Delete your advertising data

Advertising data is held by Google, not by this game. On the device: Settings → Google → All services → Ads → Delete advertising ID. You can also review and delete activity in your Google Account.

3. Delete your purchase records

Purchase records are held by Google Play and by RevenueCat, which processes purchases on the developer’s behalf. RevenueCat identifies you only by an anonymous ID that it generates — it never receives your name or email.

To have that anonymous purchase record erased, email ahmadessam1997@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data — Escape: 20 Chambers”. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

Google Play keeps its own record of any transaction for tax and accounting reasons, and that copy cannot be deleted on request. Deleting the RevenueCat record means a purchase may no longer be restorable on a new device.
