Delete your Frost Tower data

Frost Tower has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Here is exactly what exists and how to remove each part.

1. Game progress — delete it yourself, instantly

Your high score, floors climbed, snowflake balance and unlocked skins live only in the app's local storage on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

To erase it: uninstall Frost Tower, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Frost Tower → Storage → Clear data. This is immediate, permanent and needs no request from us.

2. Advertising identifier — reset it yourself

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. We do not store it.

To reset or delete it: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, then "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".

3. Purchase records — request deletion

If you bought Remove Ads or a premium skin, a record of that purchase is held by Google Play and by RevenueCat, tied to an anonymous random ID and to your Google Play account.

To request deletion of the RevenueCat record, email ahmadessam1997@gmail.com with the subject "Frost Tower data deletion request" and include:

  1. The Google Play order number of any purchase (it is in your Play Store purchase-history email, and looks like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567), or
  2. The email address of the Google Play account used for the purchase.

Requests are actioned within 30 days, and you will get a confirmation email when it is done.

Please read before requesting: deleting a purchase record means the purchase can no longer be restored on a new device or after a reinstall, and it is not a refund. Refunds are handled separately by Google Play.
